Surprised my heart is strong must be genetically determined

Perhaps is not best to self analyse but it is soooo tempting
To persue this thought out loud is a break through for me
prefer the comfort of not communicating with others
fear or apprehension of ridicule /mocking/humiliation
to be human not ,wish i could be a machine
Abandon emotions says me still out of step with all who surround me

sentencing for MARTHA Stewart
why o why
Non violent offenders in incarceration?
Martha s. could just reimburse and serve a time helping benefiting say the homeless,set up a soup kitchen or volunteer in one say. But why bill the taxpayers for her stay? Also i understand her corp. fired many staff who will not be paying as much tax while unemployed.
The jurists who do this need arude awaking,why must the interpretation of law and sentencing always cost the taxpayer ?

A sentence benefiting others and any compensation dollar wise that can be determined ;seems suitable to me. The cost of keep martha in prison is horrendous plus i understand layoffs aplenty were the day job of her omnimedia corp.,less employed people means less taxable income.
Show trials and high media profie cases bore me and suggest the program invention must happen to fill the air space around those lucrative commericals the networks breathe off of.Jurists should note we the peolple are tired of being the payer for their intrepretations of law. when will the public balk or will they never?
